iWay Velvet - smooth collar
Bollard for outdoor use, installable on ground and floor. Complete product consisting of an optical compartment with a smooth collar and a cylindrical post to be ordered separately. The optical compartment consists of: painted aluminium top cover, PMMA flux recuperator, plexiglass emitting lens, smooth aluminium collar, silicone gasket and power supply. The Ø90mm diameter post is anchored to the ground by means of a fixing base made of aluminium alloy. Inside the post there are three stainless steel rods fixed to the lower base, giving the product high impact resistance. The aluminium parts are subjected to a multi-step pre-treatment, in which the main phases are degreasing, fluoro-zirconium coating and sealing. The subsequent painting phase is carried out with primer and liquid acrylic paint, which provides high resistance to atmospheric agents and UV rays. The power supply is DALI-2 controllable. The optical system is complete with a monochromatic circuit. 4 colour temperatures available: 2200K, 2700K, 3000K and 4000K. 2 optics: 360° symmetrical optics and 180° asymmetrical optics. 3 heights available: 300mm, 600mm and 900mm. 5 finishes: white, black, green, grey and rust brown. All external screws used are made of stainless steel.
