Split Base The 4000 Split Base is a two-piece wraparound design made from corrosion-resistant cast aluminum. Measuring 33" in height and 14" in diameter, the base includes a wide smooth bottom, 4 distinct curved sections and a decorative top. The hand hole cover is secured with tamper-resistant hardware, and the base supports shafts up to 5" in diameter. This is the 2-pice version of the 4000 Base. BABA compliant.
