Split Base The traditionally styled 3900 Split Base features a two-piece, corrosion-resistant cast aluminum construction. Standing 32" tall and 15" in diameter, this offering is Sun Valley’s largest split base.. It includes a smooth bottom section and a decorative top. The hand hole cover is secured with tamper-resistant hardware, and the base supports shafts up to 6" in diameter. BABA compliant.
