Modified Base The traditionally styled 1700 Modified Base Series is our most popular design combining traditional design with corrosion-resistant cast aluminum construction. It stands 21" tall with a 19" diameter, featuring a smooth, tapered bottom section and a decorative fluted upper section. The hand hole cover is flush with the base design, secured with tamper-resistant hardware. It supports shafts up to 7" in diameter. BABA compliant.
