Alphabet of Light makes it possible to draw with light in space not only through words, but also through graphic signs. Curved linear elements and joints complement the system of letters, numbers, and symbols. The circular element, available in three diameters, is divided into modules that allow the linear elements to be connected at different angles, creating ever-changing geometries. These simple modules, defined by precise geometric proportions, can be combined to build infinite light structures, either essential or more complex, linear or curvilinear, creating suspended compositions that interact with architecture and spatial functions. BIG’s idea combines with Artemide’s optoelectronic expertise to define an innovative construction principle and deliver continuous, comfortable light.
