The LED Smart Light Panel Retrofit brings a new level of control and convenience to interior grid ceiling applications. Equipped with an on-board sensor that supports both occupancy sensing and daylight harvesting, this retrofit kit is the ultimate energy reduction tool. And while this functionality comes standard out of the box, it can be fully customized with just a few taps to your mobile device. Our new mobile app, LiteSmart, enables fixtures in a space to be grouped together and function as one; they can be turned on/off, dimmed, or programmed based on your schedule. Settings can be adjusted and pushed live in seconds. Custom scene configurations can also be created to meet the various needs of the space. This LED retrofit can accommodate all standard sizes of fluorescent troffers, including 2’ x 4’, 2’ x 2’ or 1’ x 4’, and it’s patented design makes installation simple and quick. The kit can be installed by one person in less than two minutes, without breaking into the ceiling plenum. Once installation is complete, all functionality can be set up via LiteSmart, then controlled through the app or our wireless remote switch. The LED Smart Light Panel Retrofit delivers up to 125 lumens per watt (LPW) over the course of it’s 100,000-hour rated life. Cleanrooms, controlled environment and containment spaces are used in a number of applications for industries such as medical, food processing, electronics, pharmaceuticals, biology and aerospace. Standards for cleanliness in these rooms have been published previously in FS209E and ISO 14644-1. These standards apply to air-flow, surfaces and other processes integral to maintaining very low particulates. Light fixtures in cleanrooms must be sealed to prevent the accumulation of particulates inside the housing that may then lead to the contamination of the facilities sealed air-flow. Cleanrooms frequently require different levels of light based on the types of activities taking place. The KURTZON™ EL-FG-2x2LP-LEDFE is a recessed high lumen fixture with replaceable LED arrays using commercially available COB arrays warranted for 5 years. Available in 4000K and 5000K CCT, with 70 or 80 CRI, highly consistent color maintained to 4 SDMC. The housing is a one piece, robotically seam welded unit with hole free 20-gauge CRS construction with integral heat sink. The inset door frame is made from welded channels that regress into the housing to allow the neoprene gasket to seal to the housing, and the door frame is hinged by aircraft cables and secures to housing with captive stainless-steel pan head screws. The fixture is IP55 rated for dust and water ingress, ETL listed per UL_1598 for wet locations and Chicago Plenum Rated.
