Green LED Retrofit Kit The GLE-GL-RKU is a purpose-built LED retrofit kit designed to allow existing general purpose lighting to be retrofitted for safely lighting the dark cycle when growing short-day plants. Growlite's plant-safe Soft Green LEDs cannot be easily "seen" by plants allowing for critical tasks to be performed in the grow rooms during the dark cycle without the light adversely affecting the growth stage of the plant. The GLE-GL-RKU is an easy retrofit kit designed to allow existing lighting fixtures to be retrofitted for safely lighting the dark cycle.

The EB30 fluorescent emergency ballast works in conjunction with the AC ballast to covert new or existing fluorescent fixtures into emergency lighting. When AC power fails, the EB30 immediately switches to the emergency mode, keeping one or two lamps illuminated at a reduced lumen output for a minimum of 90 minutes. When AC power is restored, the ballast automatically returns to the charging mode.
