LED - Vandal Resistant Wall Mount Luminaire Tamper-proof prison lighting fixture designed for correctional facilities, vandal resistant, secure, and built for high-impact environments. The VRW-3591 by Certolux is engineered specifically for high-risk environments where tamper-proof construction and maximum impact resistance are essential. Designed for correctional facilities, detention centers, and other secure institutions, this wall-mounted luminaire delivers reliable illumination while preventing unauthorized access and contraband concealment. Built with precision die-formed cold rolled steel in 12, 14, or 16 gauge options, the VRW-3591 features a robust clamshell design that includes a contraband-trapping backplate and a fully welded door frame. Tamper-resistant TORX® fasteners with center pins secure the door frame, while a concealed full-length piano hinge ensures long-term structural integrity. These features make it an ideal solution for correctional facility lighting, where safety and durability must go hand in hand. The fixture supports a wide range of lens materials and thicknesses—up to 0.625 inches—on both the room-facing and fixture-facing sides. Options include prismatic acrylic, polycarbonate, and tempered glass, allowing customization based on impact resistance and visibility needs. Adjustable V-style brackets with through studs ensure the lens remains securely in place, even under duress. This level of customization and security makes VRW-3591 standout in vandal resistant lighting solutions.
